Dr. Linda Ogbah Faas is an exceptional young woman with incredible inner strength. She traveled alone to the United States of America at a young age of 16, leaving behind her family and friends in Nigeria to chase the American dream. While struggling in college, Linda wished she had a mentor that could talk her through obstacles.

 

Determined to be a success and not a failure, she sort out options on how to reach her goals, leading to the establishment of a non-profit mentorship and leadership organization for women and young girls. In 2002, Leading Ladies for Tomorrow was formed.

She moved to St. Louis in 2005 due to the devastation of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita, where she previously resided.

 

In her new state of Missouri, she made the decision to enlist in the United States Navy and continue her education, tour the world, while helping relocate her Nigerian family to the USA. She was dedicated to being an exceptional leader, which led to multiple awards, recognitions and advancements in ranks.

 

After her time in Service, she pushed her way through more life's obstacles to complete two Associates degrees, a Bachelors in Communications, a Master in Management and another Master in Business Administration. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate for her Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership, with a completion date of August 2023. And actively serving in the Missouri Army National Guard.

 

She is a fulltime single mom to 2 small boys, a government employee, a military service member, a certified John Maxwell Team Member, a published author, an aspiring fitness enthusiast, a business owner, and a woman of God. Linda is dedicated to providing outstanding services to those around her, and to guide and mentor those who needs the assistance.
